UPDATED: Medical Helicopter Requested For Pedestrian Struck on Route 126

FRAMINGHAM – A pedestrian was struck on Route 126 tonight, just before 9:30.

An auto struck the pedestrian at 409 Concord Street. The location is near Conti Liquors.

A medical helicopter was requested for the man, in his 30s, who has multiple system trauma, according to the scanner.

The fire deputy said the man was conscious and alert, at the scene.

Reports of possible hip fracture and other lower extremity injuries, including spine.
