FRAMINGHAM – Drita Protopapa Dumont, owner of Framingham-based MAPA Translations, Inc. hosted an International Women’s Day celebration this afternoon, March 8, at Exhibit A Brewing Company to raise awareness and funds for three local women and the non-profits they lead.
Senate President Karen Spilka spoke to the luncheon event.
Honored were RIA House, Dignity Matters, and Neighbor Brigade.
Framingham Mayor Yvonne Spicer, State Rep. Maria Robinson, State Rep. Jack Patrick Lewis, Framingham City Council Chair Dennis Giombetti and more than 4 dozen women attended the event.
