UPDATED: How Much Snow Did We Get?

FRAMINGHAM – Hopkinton leads Middlesex County with the most snow, according to the National Weather Service with this March storm.

A trained spotter recorded 16 inches of snow in the MetroWest community just after noon today, March 4.

A trained spotter recorded 15.2 inches at 7:33 a.m. in Natick.

According to the National Weather Service Boston/Norton, the City received 14.3 inches inches of snow as of 9;28 a.m. It was recorded by a member of the public.

The National Weather Service uses trained spotters, the meteorologists, media, Ham radio operators, and the public to record snow fall totals.

In the Commonwealth, Milford in Worcester County has the most snow from the storm with 17.5 inches, recorded by a trained spotter.

Worcester recorded 9.6 inches of snow at 8:57 a.m. today.

Boston ranched from 9.8 inches of snow recorded at Logan airport at 7 a.m. to 15.5 inches of snow at South Boston recorded by a trained spotter at 9:18 a.m. Most in Boston were recording 13 inches of snow.
