FRAMINGHAM – A restaurant chain known for being very allergy-friendly will open its newest location in Framingham this month.
As SOURCE first reported in November, Burton’s Grill & Bar will open on Route 9 in Framingham, at the former Outback Steakhouse.
Burton’s was approved by the Framingham License Commission on Monday, November 19 for its all-alcoholic and common victualer licenses.
The first Burton’s Grill & Bar opened in Hingham in March 2005. There are now more than a dozen locations.
Framingham’s grand opening is scheduled for March 18 at 4 p.m.
“Framingham is a great market,” said CEO and President Kevin Harron to SOURCE last year. “I know the market very well. I was a general manager at Victoria Station in 1980.”
Burton’s Grill & Bar’s goal is to “‘Delight every Guest’ one at a time.”
Burton’s “customizes” its menu offerings to meet its customers’ “dietary needs and wants.”
“Diners have a lot of choices, but we provide a top-quality experience,” said Harron.
The new Framingham location will seat 190 customers. It will have a very large bar in the center, said Harron.
It will have the latest version, branding of our restaurant, with new furniture, new fabrics, and new colors.
Our menu offers a wide variety of offerings for young and old. There are sandwiches, hamburgers, steaks, and great grilled fish, said Harron.
Burton’s offers gluten-free, vegetarian and paleo dishes, plus has a kid’s menu too.
