Organizations Launch Survey on Health & Wellness Needs of MetroWest

Framingham – What would you change about your community? Health care
and community organizations in the MetroWest region want to hear from
residents about how local health and wellness programs can best serve the
region.

Residents who live or work in the MetroWest area are encouraged to offer their feedback and suggestions about health services and perceived issues in an anonymous online survey.

The results will be used to create a regional Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plan, which will guide communities in how to improve the health of the region. The last such plan was done in 2016.

This collaborative initiative is led by Advocates, CHNA 7 MetroWest,
Framingham Health Department, Health Care for All, Hudson Board of Health, Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center, Latino Health Insurance Program, Marlborough Hospital, MetroWest Free Medical Program, MetroWest Health Foundation, MetroWest Medical Center and Reliant Foundation.
