FRAMINGHAM – Nine years ago, a group of Framingham High students came together all for the love of music.
The students showcased their musical talents in a show called “Finding Framingham’s Forte.”
Friday, night Feb. 17, was the latest F-Cubed performance in the the history of Framingham.
The completely student-run, show’s purpose is to highlight known talent and introduces some new vocal and musical talent.
Students producers this year were seniors Katie McQuail and Eliza Menzel.
Individual segment producers were Beiyna Chaparin, Jessie Landes, Caitlyn Luria, McQuail, Menzel, Michelle Moran, Lars Olsen, AJ Sherwood, and Brendan Qi.
Musical segments included pop, international, R&B, rock, country, Jazz, etc.
The show featured about 36 singers, more than half seniors, plus some juniors, sophomores, and freshmen. And more than 20 student musicians.
“Music is a universal language, and has the capacity and power to unite and to inspire,” said the producers.
More than 300 people attended Friday night’s show.
