UPDATED: Left Lane on Mass Pike Closed, After Concrete Debris Falls on Vehicles

UPDATE: All lanes of the MassPike have re-opened to alleviate traffic, said MassDOT.

Temporary repair complete for now, said MassDOT.

Lanes will need to close lanes again later to complete work, said MassDOT. No time frame was given.


FRAMINGHAM – MassDOT is reporting two lanes are closed on the Mass Pike eastbound in Framingham, as crews inspect an overhead bridge.

There were reports that concrete debris fell on two vehicles, according to the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT).

Mass State Police is reporting it is the Pleasant Street overpass crews are inspecting.

There were no injuries, according to MassDOT.

MassDOT is reporting the bridge has no major structural issues.
