BOSTON – Natick won all but one event in its track meet against the Framingham High girls team at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston today, Thursday, January 17.
The Red Hawks won 82-8.
Framingham’s Grace Poku won the 55-meter dash, with Natick taking second and third place. Natick’s Catie O’Neil was third and Alexandra Campana was third at 7.94 minutes.
It was the only time Framingham lead at 5-4.
Kylie Langan won the 300-meter event in 43.78 seconds. Ashley Warren second with Karina Lopez third in 49.29 seconds.
Emma Forde won the 600-meter event in 1:45.91 minutes. Molly Under was second in 1:52.25 minutes. Framingham’s Clara Small was third.
Natick’s Mary Dougherty won the 1,000 event in 2:13.76 minutes. Juliana Green took second and Emily Cochi third to complete the Natick sweep.
Natick swept the mile and the two mile races.
Caroline Fleming won the mile in 5;24.62 minutes, with Ella Sheidley second and Emily Arthur third.
Kate Connolly won the 2-mile on 10:57.22 minutes. Julianne Kelly was second in 12:23.97 minutes, with Caitlin Curley third.
The Red Hawks swept the high jump, with Julia Leavey winning the event.
Natick finished 1-2 in the long jump. Trinity Vickers won the event in 14-feet, 7.5 inches. Sophia Gastaldo was second.
Kassidy Gallagher won the shot put event for Natick.
Sophia Gastaldo won the hurdles in 9.57 seconds. Julia Leavey was second, with Emma Kirkpatrick third.
