New Restaurant Approved for Downtown Framingham

FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham License Commission unanimously approved a common victualer license for a new downtown Framingham restaurant, on January 7.

The applicant was Los Pinos Mexican Grill IV at 183 Concord Street.

The restaurant would be located at the end of a strip mall, that was recently rebuilt after a major fire in 2017.

The new Mexican restaurant will occupy the location of the former People Ready office at 183 Concord Street.

The restaurant owner said the space used to be a restaurant, and was converted to an office, and not being re-converted back to a restaurant.

No time was given to the Commission on when the new restaurant will open.

The restaurant’s hours were approved for Mondays through Saturdays from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. an Sundays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The principal owners on record for Los Pinos Mexican Grill IV are Cecilia M Herrera from Revere, Guillermo Mejia Perez from Revere, and Wendy E Martinez Herrera from Revere.
