WESTON – The Framingham High girls basketball program had a huge road win Monday night.
The Flyers travelled to Weston, and defeated the Wildcats 55-40.
The Flyers are now 3-6, under head coach Kristen Audet-Fucarile.
Vienna Monestime was the leading scorer last night with 14 points.
“Vienna is our floor general, who controls the pace of our game,” said Audet-Fucarile.
Ryleigh LaChance score a dozen points in the victory.
She had ‘solid communication on defense to led her team,” said the coach.
“Hannah Krier went 11/12 at the foul line which demonstrated her poise and leadership on the court,” said Audet-Fucarile.
Freshman Nicole Moran had 7 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for the Flyers.
“Marykate Robinson has been a consistent shut down defender,” said the coach.
“Our focus has been ‘we, us, ours’,” said the coach. “We try and focus on the best outcome for our team, and each player gives what they need to contribute.”
“I’m proud of the chemistry on the court,” said Audet-Fucarile.
The Flyers will host Dracut High on Wednesday night.
