Trischitta Scores Game Winner For Flyers in 4-3 Battle With Wildcats

FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham High boys ice hockey team won its second game of the season Saturday night at Loring Arena, scratching out a win over the Wildcats of Milton High.

Framingham is now 2-0, under head coach Will Oryiz, and 1-0 in the Bay State Conference.

Will Trischitta scored the game-winning goal for the Flyers in the third period to give the Flyers the 4-3 victory.

Senior captain PJ Conzo gave the Flyers a big lead after the first period, scoring both Framingham goals.

Milton scored all three of its goals in the second period – John Walsh scored two and Ross Dexter scored the third for the Wildcats.

Mark Guerra made 40 saves for the Wildcats in the net.

Framingham will travel to Newton for a game against the Newton North Tigers on Wednesday.
