FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham public School bus, transporting Christa McAuliffe Charter School student, was rear-ended this morning.
The crash happened near Maple Street today, December 14, during the 8 o’clock hour.
Superintendent of Schools Bob Tremblay said the driver who crashed into the bus had a medical issue which let to the crash.
McAuliffe Charter School Executive Director Kristin Harrison said none of the middle school students were injured.
She said the school nurse checked out each student, and parents were notified.
Police are investigating.
No other information is available at this time, about the driver.
