Framingham High Wrestler Struck By Vehicle While Jogging

FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham High School wrestler was struck by a vehicle while jogging, according to his father.

Jordan Ortiz, 16, was struck by a car on Freeman Street Saturday around 4 p.m., said his father Luis Ortiz to Source on Sunday.

The driver was a woman, in a grey car, said Ortiz.

She hit him and took off, he said.

Ortiz was injured.

“His knee is swollen. He wont be able to walk for 2 weeks,” said Ortiz.

Ortiz said his son had just come home from the team’s quad meet, and he decided to go for a jog.

The family did not file a police report, as of Sunday night.
