5 Things You Need To Know Today in Framingham: Thursday, December 6

State Representative Elect Maria Robinson will be hosting a legislative forum tonight at the Christa McAuliffe Library in Nobscot. The forum is from 6 to 9 p.m.

The meeting is open the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring ideas for legislative priorities for the upcoming 191th session. Anyone unable to attend the meeting may reach out at repmariarobinson@gmail.com or at 617-600-8325 to discuss legislative ideas.

  • Framingham Planning Board scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. in the Ablondi room in the Memorial Building
  • Framingham Community Development Committee scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. in the Blumer room in the Memorial Building.

 

4. According to Mayor’s public calendar  on the City of Framingham’s website, the Mayor has no public events today.

 

5.  PLAN AHEAD: The annual tree lighting ceremony in Framingham will take place Friday, Dec. 7 at 6 p.m. at the Memorial. Framingham Girl Scouts will lead the crowd in a holiday sing-a-long starting at 5;45 p.m.
