12:10 a.m. Suspicious person reported at Marble Street and Route 135. Police found nothing.

12;29 a.m. Noise complaint reported at 3 Vernon Street. Framingham Police advised.

12:29 a.m. Suspicious motor vehicle reported at 9 Pine Street.

1:21 a.m. Suspicious activity reported at DSW Show, 1 Worcester Road. Framingham Police assisted.

1;55 a.m. Police arrested at 6B Beaver Terrace Circle Carlos Gonzalez, 37, from 6B Beaver Terrace Circle. Charged with resisting arrest and 3 counts of assault and battery on a police officer.

2:19 a.m. Police arrested at 10 Beaver Terrace Circle Joseph Jutras, 26, of 58 Clinton Street in Framingham. Charged on warrant for resisting arrest, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, and possession of a class B drug.

2:33 a.m. Framingham Police provided mutual aid to Waltham.

2;50 a.m. Disturbance reported at Safe Haven, 90 Lincoln Street. Framingham Police advised.

5;50 a.m. Suspicious activity reported at 60 Forest Avenue.

6:22 a.m. Disturbance reported at Freeman Street and Torrey Street.

6;40 a.m. Police arrested at Freeman Street Miles Batcheller, 29, of 62 Kendall Street of Framingham. Charged with breaking and entering at night, larceny under $1200.

8:46 a.m. Suspicious person reported at the former Harley Davidson property, 300 Waverley Street.

9:33 a.m. Animal complaint reported at 1196 Edgell Road.

9:57 a.m. Signal problem reported at 1645 Concord Street in Saxonville.

10:08 a.m. Animal complaint at 4 Ridge Road

10:31 a.m. Animal complaint reported at 473 Winch Street.

11:25 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Lyman Road and McAdams Road. Postal truck vs var. No injuries. Tow needed.

11:26 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 68 Franklin Street. Two vehicles, no injuries.

12:35 p.m. Animal complaint at 19 Hickory Lane.

12:48 p.m. Report of a person walking on the track near Mt Wayte Avenue. Police found no one.

1;46 p.m. Inebriated individual reported at Dunkin Donuts, 334 Waverley Street. Framingham Fire transported one individual.

2:01 p.m. Disturbed person reported at 40 Evergreen Street. Framingham Police assisted.

2:07 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at 325 Bishop Street. Framingham Police advised.

2;24 p.m. Animal complaint reported at 83 Indian Head Road.

4:36 p.m. Disturbed person reported at Psychiatric Emergency, Route 135.

7;15 p.m. Disturbed person  reported at 1620 Worcester Rd.

7:22 p.m. Police arrested at 8 Greenview Street Elizabeth Cassetta, 41, of 95 Marshall Street of Holliston. Charged on warrants.

7;28 p.m. Medical call at SMOC main office, 7 Bishop Street. Framingham Police assisted.

7:31 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at Edmands House

7;45 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at Temple Street and Route 9.

8;13 p.m. Noise complaint reported at Victory Street and Pershing Avenue. Police found nothing.

9:17 p.m. Loud music reported at 1620 Worcester Road. Framingham Polie advised.

9:32 p.m. Attempted breakin reported at 8 Greenview Street.
