FRAMINGHAM – Framingham High School’s award-winning drama company will stage five performance of the musical Mamma Mia! in December.
The musical features the music of ABBA. Most of the music and lyrics are by ABBA members Benny Andersson and jorn Ulvaeus with song songs by Stig Anderson. The musical was conceived by Judy Craymer, with a book by Catherine Johnson.
The Framingham High production is directed and musical staged by Donna Wresinski and Chris Brindley. Musical direction is by Thaddeus Bell.
Framingham High alumni Chloe Kounadis, who toured with a production of Mamma Mia! is the choreographer.
Andy Jasinski oversees the orchestra.
ABBA’s hits tell the hilarious story of a young woman’s search for her birth father. This sunny and funny tale unfolds on a Greek island paradise.
