Framingham Cheerleaders Finish Second at State Competition; Pereira Wins Coach of the Year

FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham High varsity cheerleading squad finished in second place at the state competition on Sunday, November 18.

Franklin High School won the Division 1 Championship. Bridgewater-Raynham finished third.

Framingham High cheerleading head coach Sue Pereira was named coach of the year by the Massachusetts School Administrators’ Association

Last week, the Flyers finished in third at sectionals.

Earlier this month, Framingham High finished in second place at the Bay State Conference competition.

Next up for Framingham is the 113th annual Framinham vs Natick football game at Fenway Park on Wednesday night.
