FRAMINGHAM – Freshman Abigail DeVeau finished 15th out of 87 runners at the Bay State Conference meet last weekend.
Wellesley senior Maggie Donahue won the race in 18:11.7 minutes. Natick sophomore Katherine Connolly finished second in the 5,000 meter course in 18:27.2 minutes.
DeVeau was the fastest Flyer at 19:54.3 minutes. She was also the second fastest freshman on the cross-country course.
Junior Paige Fisher was the second fastest FLyer at 22:11.1 minutes. She finished in 67th place.
Other Flyers who competed in the championship meet were senior Madelyn Klein, junior Tess Robinson, sophomore Mariana Kelley, freshman Emma Rothwell, and junior Kirsten Harrod.
Framingham finished last among the 10-teams that competed.
Wellesley won the championship.
Natick finished third, behind the Wildcats of Milton.
