Brookline Defeats Flyers 15-49 at Farm Pond

FRAMINGHAM – The Flyers lost to Brookline High in their final regular season meet at Farm Pond on Tuesday afternoon, October 23.

The Warriors won 15-49, and finish the regular season 7-2.

Brookline runners were the first six to cross the finish line in the cross-country meet.

Warrior seniors Jon Diaz and Lucas Aramburu finished 1-2 in the race just 1/100th of a second apart at 17:59 and 18:00 minutes. Brookline junior Evan Porco was third n 18.21 minutes for the 3.1-mile course.

Framingham’s top finisher was junior Lucas Marshall in 18:44 minutes. Flyer sophomore Samual Moffat was 9th overall at 18:46 minutes.

Framingham freshman Ryan Gaglione was 16th overall in 19:04 minutes.

Rounding out the top five finishers for the Flyers were Dartagnan Rupert in 19th pllace at 19:41 and Shand Seiffert in 20th at 19;48 minutes.

Sophomore Diego Mazariegos was 21st overall at 19:57 minutes.

Freshmen Bryce Casey ad Jayden Sicotte were 24th and 25th overall in 20:06 and 20:07 minutes.

Framingham seniors Zach Cohen and Derek Baker finished 26th and 27th overall.

The Flyers were without two of their seniors Ben Burgess and Benjamin Silver.

Next up for Framingham is the Bay State Conference championships.
