NATICK – Natick Police arrested a Framingham woman over the weekend, and charged her operating while under the influence charge. It is the third time she has been charged with OUI.
Natick Police arrested Angela F. Aiello, 35, of 30A Second Street in Framingham after she crashed her Honda Accord into a Honda Pilot on West Central Street.
She was arrested on Friday, October 5 at 5:44 p.m.
According to police, Aiello refused to take a Breathalyzer test at the scene.
State law now require her driver’s license automatically is suspended for 180 days.
Aiello was charged with driving under the influence of liquor (third offense); possession of an open container of liquor; and possession of amphetamines without a prescription. She was also cited for failing to stop.
She was arraigned Tuesday in Natick District Court. A judge ordered her to not drink alcohol, undergo random alcohol tests, and attend two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings weekly.
