5 Things You Need To Know Today in Framingham, Tuesday, September 18

1  Just a reminder, no school on Wednesday at Framingham Public, Christa McAuliffe Charter, and Keefe Technical due to the Jewish holiday Yom Kippur.

There are no FLYERS in action today or tomorrow due to the Jewish holiday.


2 CITY of Framingham meetings:

  • Framingham Council on Aging has a meeting at the Callahan Center at 1:30 p.m. All are welcome.



3. According to Mayor’s public calendar on the City of Framingham’s website, Mayor Yvonne Spicer will hold an office hour with the public from 5 to 6 p.m. in the Memorial Building.

City Hall offices are open late today until 7 p.m., as  part of the City’s pilot program.



4. The MetroWest Regional Transit Authority has a meeting today at 11:30 a.m. at 15 Blandin Avenue.



5. Kids eat free every Tuesday at Uno’s Stop by the one one Route 9 east in Framingham.
