FRAMINGHAM – Transition Framingham will host its 7th annual public garden tour on Saturday, August 25.
The public is invited to the tour, which is both a driving and walking tour starting at (;30 a.m. and ending at 1:30 p.m. with a BBQ

Join Transition Framingham on a free tour of several home and community gardens in Framingham to get inspiration, ideas, and advice from local gardeners.
The event is held rain or shine.
Part 1: Driving tour of 3 community gardens
9:30 a.m. – Meet at Mike Croci’s house at 2A Pershing Avenue.
10:00 a.m. – Depart from Mike’s house to tour 3 gardens via car.
noon – Arrive back at Mike’s house to have a snack and use the bathroom.
Part 2: Walking tour of 4 home gardens
Noon – Anyone joining us for Part 2 of the tour can meet up at Mike’s house.
12:15 p.m. – Visit Mike’s home garden.
12:30 p.m. – Depart from Mike’s house to tour 3 other gardens in the neighborhood by foot (total walking distance is less than ½ mile long).
1:30 p.m. – Arrive back at Mike’s house for a BBQ!
