PHOTOS: Politics and Religion With Some Soul Music

FRAMINGHAM – Who says politics and religion can not mix?

The tents along the back of the Framingham Centre Common for last night’s summer concert ranged from churches like Banner Hill and Connect in Framingham to political tables for state representative in Framingham. There were tables for state ballot questions, state-wide candidates, and a few businesses in the City.

There was also a table sponsored by the Framingham School Committee to discuss the new Fuller Middle School project that will go before voters in December.

Headlining the Framingham Concert on the Common last night was JC & Enfushion, a James Brown tribute band playing a lot of soul music.

The last Concert on the Common is next Friday night, August 17 at 6 p.m.
