GoFundMe Established To Help Warren Elementary Principal’s Son

ASHLAND – A GoFundMe has been set up to help the son of Warren Elementary Principal Peter Egan.

Their son Quinn was recently diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma, a decade after their oldest son Jack had defeated Leukemia.

“Imagine hearing the words, ‘Your son has cancer.’You cry, you fight, and you do whatever it takes to get your child healthy again. You win the battle, and think your journey with cancer is finally behind you. Then, 10 years later, you hear those same words about your younger son. This is the reality that my best friends, Dawn and Pete Regan are living. Their son Jack is a Leukemia survivor. Their son Quinn was just diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma,” wrote Amie Perreault Clancy on the GoFundMe page.

“For those that know them, the Regans are positive, fun-loving, and would do absolutely anything for their family and friends. It’s time to come together and show them that we are with them every step of the way as Quinn starts his battle. Please, click below and donate what you can. Then, forward this to everyone you know and ask them to do the same. Let’s at least try to ease the financial burden for this amazing family, while they focus on getting Quinn healthy,” wrote Clancy, who lives in Plainville.

The goal is to raise $25,000 for the family.

More than $20,000 has already been raised in about a day.
