FRAMINGHAM – Comcast Corporation recently awarded Framingham’s first Xfinity Store, located at 100 Concord Street, downtown Framingham, with two excellence in customer service awards.
Opened in May of 2017, the authorized Xfinity dealer has continually received high marks for excellence in customer service, rates of customer satisfaction, rapid response times and going the extra mile to assist Xfinity customers with subscriptions, service issues and connectivity problems.
Both Priscila and Luciana Sousa who own the store were individually recognized for their outstanding focus on customer satisfaction and their dedication to enhancing the Xfinity brand for Framingham residents.
“We have always had a philosophy of striving for excellence. Both my mom and I are very pleased to receive such a prestigious honor, especially as a relatively new store,” said Priscila Sousa, a Framingham resident.
“We are a family-based operation and we try to treat our customers with the same respect we treat each other. We are honored and very appreciative of Comcast’s recognition of our dedication,” said Sousa.
