Framingham Source Readers to Select 7th Annual Movie Night Flick

FRAMINGHAM – For the last six years, the Framingham Parks and Recreation Department has held an outdoor family movie night at Bowditch Field.

For the third year, Framingham Source readers will decide which of three movies will be shown.

The deadline to vote is noon on August 1.

Voting this year is on Framingham Source’s Facebook page. Click here to VOTE.

The movie will be shown at Bowditch Field at dusk on Thursday, August 23.

As always, we invite Framingham residents to attend the City of Framingham’s free event.

It’s all the fun of the Drive-In, but without the car!

Come and enjoy the movie from the comfortable grass of Bowditch Field.

Bring your blanket, pack a picnic dinner, and your favorite snack!

Enjoy family and friends while you play with a multitude of outdoor games until the sun sets and the movie begins.

The refreshment stand will also be open to purchase small snacks throughout the movie.

Gates open at 6 p.m. Free movie shown on screen at sundown.

The three movie choices are:

  • Cars
  • Coco
  • Tangled
