1 Brazil and Belgium will battle in the quarterfinals of the 2018 World Cup.

2. The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for Framingham today until 6 p.m. Severe thunderstorms, with heavy rains, are expected this afternoon.


3.UPDATE: Concert tonight has been cancelled

Tonight is the third summer concert on the common, if the weather doesn’t cancel it.

Scheduled to perform at 6:30 on the Framingham Centre Common is the Tom Nutile Band, featuring big band sounds.



4.  Just a reminder, the Memorial Building will close today at 12:30 p.m., as part of the City of Framingham’s summer hours.

According to Mayor’s public calendar on the City of Framingham’s website, Mayor Yvonne Spicer has no public events today.



5.  The Pangea food truck will be at Exhibit A Brewing at 81 Morton Street from 5 to 9 p.m.
