SLIDESHOW: Battle on Gibbs Mountain at Eastleigh Farm

FRAMINGHAM – Eastleigh Farm is hosting a Civil War encampment this weekend.

Today, on Sunday June 24, the camp is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with demonstration during the entire 5 hours.

Parking is $10 a car.

There is a 45-minute worship service at 10:15 a.m.

A 15-minute dress parade will take place at 11:15 a.m.

A load & fire will take place at 11:30 a.m.

Jennifer Toth will run a children’s story time at noon.

UPDATE: The Battle of Gettysburg has been rescheduled to 1 p.m. today, due to the pending rain.

While at Eastleigh Farm, stop by Avenue C Design or the new ice cream bus.
