FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham Water Department will be replacing approximately 2,400 feet of water main on Salem End Road between Badger Road and Lantern Road.
This project is anticipated to take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete, and thus a detour will be in place on the road starting, June 26.
A detour will be in place Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. in order to complete the work in a safe and timely manner.
Posted detour signs and police detail officers will be on site to facilitate safe vehicular traffic.
All construction activity will take place during the day with the exception of the intersection of Badger Road and Salem End Road; a portion of the work in this intersection may need to be done overnight.
