SLIDESHOW: Framingham Defeats Waltham Warriors 2-1

FRAMINGHAM¬† – The Framingham boys U14 soccer team came from behind to defeat the Waltham Warriors under the lights at Bowditch Field Friday night, as part of the kickoff to the Framingham United Soccer Club’s 37th Annual Memorial day Classic Tournament

Framingham was down 1-0 at halftime, but scored to goals in the second half to take the victory.

Goals were scored by Brendan Treacy and Jack Carney.

Carney scored the game-winner on a penalty kick

Members of the winning squad are Treacy, Carney, Billy Neiberger, Bennett Gelardi, Matthew Culhane-Williams, Sam Hsieh, James Masso, Tim Riedly, Collin Whitney, Shea Callahan, Ryan McLoughlin, Liam Gilbert, Thomas Bagbardi, Liam Donovan, Ryan Shimelman, Nico Tjin-Limon, Ben Sharon, and Michael St. Cyr.

Framingham continues in the tournament on Saturday and Sunday.
