Framingham Library To Kick Off Summer Reading Program With Truck Day in June

FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham Public Library will kick off its summer reading program in June, with a “Truck Day.”

The event will be held at the Hemenway Elementary School parking lot on Saturday, June 23 from 10 a.m. to noon.

The event is free. Framingham Department of Public Works, Framingham Fire, and Framingham Police will have vehicles at the event.

Kids, and adults, can touch the trucks, climb in them, and even blow the horns.

The library is hoping to signup more than 100 kids for the summer reading program that day.
