Framingham Defeats Brookline in Double Overtime 11-10

BROOKLINE – The Framingham High girls lacrosse team defeated Brookline High, on the road, in double overtime yesterday, May 18.

The Flyers defeated the Warriors 11-10.

Senior captain Bella Ricchiazzi scored a half dozen goals in the victory.

Framingham’s Georgia Parker scored four goals. Sophia Ferrante also got one past the Brookline goalie.

Junior Hannah Carroll made 13 saves for the Flyers.

“Excellent teamwork during an exciting back and forth game to get another league win,” said assistant coach Liz Lewis.

The Flyers will travel to Westfield Academy on Tuesday, May 22 at 4 p.m.

The senior game will be at Bowditch Field on May 23 against Ashland High at 6:30 p.m. at Bowditch Field
