Warriors Defeat Flyers 19-5

FRAMINGHAM   – The Framingham High girls lacrosse team hosted Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High at Phil Read Field this morning, April 21. The Warriors defeated the Flyers 19-5.

The Flyers played a “strong first half against a tough opponent,” said assistant coach Liz Lewis.

Junior goalie Hannah Carroll made 13 saves in net for the Flyers.

Marisa Moy and Tess Lawson each scored two goals in the loss for Framingham. Senior captain Bella Ricchiazzi also scored for the Flyers.

The Warriors are now 5-1 on the season.

The Flyers are now 2-5 overall, under new head coach Patricia Sutton.

Framingham will host the Tigers of Newton North on Tuesday, April 24 at 3:45 p.m.
