BOSTON – Framingham Mayor Yvonne Spicer will participate in a panel at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute 2018 Women in Leadership program in Boston on April 30.
The “inspirational daylong conference to discuss the importance of women’s leadership and political participation, featuring remarkable female leaders in government and public policy,” according to a press release.
Massachusetts Lt. Governor Karyn Polito will give the keynote address at the program at 1 p.m.
Congresswoman Katherine Clark is speaking at 10 a.m.
Newton Mayor Ruthanne Fuller and Mayor Spicer are part of a panel moderated by POLITICO reporter Lauren Dezenski at 1:30 p.m. on the Commonwealth’s Leadership Pipeline.
