5 Things You Need To Know Today in Framingham: Tuesday, March 20

1 Today is the 8th Annual Taste of MetroWest at the Framingham Sheraton from 5 to 8 p.m.

Tickets are available at the door at $40 each. The event is sponsored by the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce.

 

2.  Framingham Public Library continues its healthy living series today with two events at the Christa McAuliffe Library branch on Water Street.

  • At 1:30 p.m., there is a stretch and mediate class.
  • At 2:30 p.m. there is a nutrition class

 

3.   City of Framingham meetings:

  • Framingham City Council is scheduled to meet tonight at 7 in the Blumer room in the Memorial Building
  • Framingham Council on Aging is meeting today at 1:30 p.m. at the Callahan Center
  • Framingham Zoning Board of Appeals has a closed-door meeting at 4:30 p.m. today.

 

4. Amazing Things Arts Center is hosting a figure drawings event from 6 to 9 p.m. Cost is $10. Bring your own supplies or use the Hollis Street center’s supplies.

 

5. Keefe Technical High School is hosting the Harlem Wizards tonight. Click here for more details and tickets.

 

BONUS: The National Weather Service is forecasting 7 to 10 inches of snow for Framingham and MetroWest Wednesday into Thursday.
