UPDATED: Local Gardener, Chef Talk At Library Postponed Due to Snowstorm

UPDATE: This talk has been postponed until April 18 due to the pending snowstorm.

FRAMINGHAM – Renee Faubert, owner of Renee’s Kitchen in Natick, and a Framingham gardener will speak at the Framingham Library on Wednesday, March 7.

Faubert will speak from 7 to 8 at the Christa McAuliffe Library branch on Water Street will discuss how she chooses what to plant each spring in her garden in Framingham.

The Framingham Library’s seed library opened today, March 3.

The seed library, available at the main library and the McAuliffe branch library, is a joint project between the Framingham Public Library and Transition Framingham.

“The mission is to empower local residents to preserve the art of growing our own food through the lending, sharing, and saving of seeds, and related programming at the library.”
