FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Mayor Yvonne Spicer is holding a community conversation on the “future of downtown Framingham” later this month.
She announced the first community conversation this morning, February 16.
Framingham Director of Community and Economic Development Art Robert and his team will take attendees on a “journey of what has already been planned to support the growth in Downtown Framingham.”
The mayor’s office announcement invites community members “to share your vision, thoughts and ideas on continuing the momentum of building a robust and thriving Downtown Framingham.”
The event is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 28 at the Memorial Building, inside Nevins Hall from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Mayor Spicer’s transition team report and press release announced she would be hosting community conversations monthly.
The one on Framingham’s small business in January did not take place.
This one on downtown Framingham on Febriary 28, will be her first community conversation.
