FRAMINGHAM – MetroWest Showing Up For Racial Justice is sponsoring a Black History Month event on Saturday, Feb. 24, that includes a bystander intervention program.
The event will be held on Saturday, February 24 at New Bethel Baptist Church at 11 Beech Street in Framingham from 1 to 5 p.m.
Pastor Daniel Walker will open the event at 1 p.m., followed by a poster exhibition on Black History Month by students at MetroWest schools.
At 2 p.m., Dhruba Sen will lead a discussion on bystander intervention, followed by an hour-long role-playing session.
All are welcome to attend the free event.
