UPDATED: Superintendent Calls Snow Day #2 for Framingham Schools

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Superintendent of Schools Bob Tremblay will close schools on Friday, giving students a four-day weekend, coming off an already shortened New Year’s Day week.

The decision came just before 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Tremblay said the message will be going out in a “few minutes.”

Schools were closed today and they will be closed again on Friday.

With Framingham Public Schools closed, McAuliffe Charter Schools will be closed too.

Tremblay, said at this time, the district is not aware of any water or pipe issues at any of the schools.

Keefe Technical and Saint Bridget School has also called snow days for Friday.
