FRAMINGHAM- The Framingham High girls basketball team won its first game of the season Saturday, with senior captain Julia Gelman and sophomore Vienna Monestime each scoring 25 points in the victory.
The Flyers defeat Weston High’s Wildcats 74-54.
The team is now 1-4 on the season, under head coach Kristen Fucarile.
Monestime also had 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 blocks in the win.
Framingham’s Ryleigh LaChance had 11 points and 8 rebounds.
Next up for the Flyers is a home agame against Wayland High on Saturday.
