1 Framingham Public School students are being released early today.

They don’t return to school until January 2, 2018.

 

 

2. Mark your calendar for the City of Framingham inauguration. The date is January 1 at noon at the Memorial Building. The newly-elected mayor, 11 City Councilors, and 9 School Committee members will be sworn in. The event is free and open to the public. Doors open at 11 a.m.

Afterwards, there is an invitation-only gala at La Cantina on Route 135.

 

 

3.  FLYERS in action:

  • Framingham High girls and boys indoor tracks teams lost yesterday. Reports to post on Source later today.
  • Boys basketballs hosts Wellesely High at 6:30 p.m.

 

 

 

4. The Shuck food truck is scheduled to make an appearance at Exhibit A Brewing tonight at 5.

 

 

5. UPDATED – Tonight’s performance- Songs for Ceilidh Holiday Show – at Amazing Things Arts Center has been rescheduled to Jan. 6.

 

PLAN AHEAD: Framingham Public Library is open until 5 p.m. today. Saturday the library is open from 9 a.m. to noon only, and closed on Sunday, December 24 and Monday, Dec. 25.
