Winter Storm Warning Issued; 4 to 8 Inches Forecasted For Framingham, MetroWest

BOSTON – The National Weather Service issued a Winter Storm Warning this morning, December 9 at 4:38 a.m.

The warning is in effect through Sunday at 7 a.m.

The National Weather Service is forecasting 4 to 7 inches for Framingham, and MetroWest, and possibly 8 inches in isolated areas.

This would be the first snow fall of the season.

 

This is an increase from the 3 to 6 inches predicted yesterday morning.

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather conditions are occurring.

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
