Brophy Principal Receives Doctorate in Educational Studies

FRAMINGHAM – Brophy Elementary principal Franklin D Rothwell II successfully defended his dissertation: Perspectives and Expectations of Native Spanish-Speaking Parents about Their Children’s Education in An American Elementary School  this month.

The defense took place on November 14.

Rothwell earned a Ph.D. in Educational Studies with a specialization in Educational Leadership at Lesley University.

“We are all very proud of your accomplishment Dr. Rothwell,” said Framinham Superintendent of Schools Bob Tremblay.

On Nov. 17, the Brophy PTO held a celebration for its Principal, in which Superintendent Tremblay attended.
