FRAMINGHAM – This weekend we can sleep in an extra hour as we “fall back,” as part of Daylight saving time.
Daylight saving time ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 5. Most smartphones, computers and digital devices, will likely change automatically to give you an extra hour of sleep. There may be a few clocks in your house that you will have to move back to 1 a.m. at 2 a.m.
Daylight saving time is the practice of setting the clocks forward one hour during the summer months, and setting the clocks back one hour in the fall, in order to make better use of natural daylight.
