Highway Department To Host Post-Construction Meeting on Route 135-Hollis Street Roadway Rehab Project

FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham Public Works Department will host a post-construction meeting on Thursday, October 26 at 7 p.m. at Saint Tarcisius Parish Hall, 562 Waverly Street, to discuss the roadway rehabilitation projects that took place on Waverly Street and Hollis Street this year.

Members of the community are encouraged to attend and ask questions, provide comment, and make suggestions for improvement on future projects.

During the 2017 construction season, roadway rehabilitation took place on Waverly Street from the Natick Town line to the Ashland Town line, which included paving, curb and sidewalk improvements meeting ADA guidelines, new pavement markings, and dedicated bicycle lanes on a portion of the street. Roadway rehabilitation on Hollis Street included paving, curb and sidewalk improvements meeting ADA guidelines, and new pavement markings.
