The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) has announced there will be overnight lane closures in Natick on Route 9 eastbound beginning on Saturday, September 16, and on Route 9 westbound beginning on Friday, September 22.
These single-lane closures will take place each night through the middle of October, and will occur between the hours of 8 p.m. through 5 a.m.
They will be implemented on Route 9 east and westbound between the Natick/Wellesley town line and the intersection with Kingsbury Street, and will allow crews and contractors to safely and effectively conduct resurfacing operations.
MassDOT encourages drivers to reduce speed and use caution while approaching and traveling through the work zone, and to allow for extra travel time through this area. All work is weather dependent and is subject to change without notice.
