FRAMINGHAM – MetroWest Medical Center has hired Lisa Crutchfield as its chief human resources officer.
In this role, Crutchfield will be responsible for overseeing all human resources management and employee relations and operations for both campuses of MetroWest Medical Center in Natick and Framingham.
“Lisa brings a wealth of employee relations and health care knowledge from her decades of experience as a human resources leader and a practicing attorney here in our Commonwealth,” said Jeffery M. Welch, chief executive officer, Tenet Healthcare, Massachusetts. “Her arrival helps underscore the commitment MetroWest Medical Center has to ensuring a positive work environment and providing quality care to people in our community.”
Crutchfield has served in a variety of senior human resources and labor relations leadership roles, most recently for a long term care company where she oversaw the labor and employee relations function for more than 60 long term care facilities.
She graduated from Boston College with a Juris Doctor focused on Labor and Employment Law. She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1994.
Crutchfield graduated from Smith College in 1991, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government and Economics.
