BOSTON – Boston Police have arrested a Dorchester man in the killing of a Framingham man at a hospital.
Arrested Friday, August 4, was Hameen Edwards, 41, of Dorchester.
He was arrested on an active murder warrant for the death of John Duggie, 50.
On July 2, 2015, staff members at Arbour Hospital in Jamaica Plain found Edwards kneeling over Duggie, who had suffered a head wound. Duggie died of his injuries a month later, according to police.
Edwards is to be arraigned in court on Monday.
