Brooklyn Water Bagel Introduces New York-Style Reuben Sandwich, Caesar Salad

FRAMINGHAMBrooklyn Water Bagel invites everyone to Meet Reuben and Caesar – a New York-style Reuben Sandwich and a Brooklyn Caesar Salad – two new featured items on its signature lunch menu.

These lunch classics are available daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a limited time.

As a bonus, from now until July 31, guests who purchase a Reuben or Caesar will receive a complimentary regular size Coffee or Cubsta®, Brooklyn Water Bagel’s signature iced coffee chilled with coffee ice cubes. It’s “The Cool Coffee!”

The New York-Style Reuben Sandwich ($8.99) is made with freshly-sliced corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut on light rye bread with a choice of spicy mustard or Thousand Island dressing. This hearty sandwich is served with a pickle and coleslaw or chips or guests can upgrade to hash browns or a fresh fruit cup for an additional 99 cents.

The Brooklyn Caesar Salad ($6.99) is made with crisp hearts of romaine and grated asiago cheese and topped with Caesar dressing and homemade Brooklyn Water Bagel croutons. Guests can enhance their salad ($8.99) by adding house-roasted chicken, turkey, ham, chicken salad, tuna salad, egg salad or white fish salad.

Brooklyn Water Bagel is famous for revolutionizing the bagel-making process from start to finish with its proprietary water treatment system called “Brooklyn Water Works.”

This advanced technology enables Brooklyn Water Bagel to replicate the natural composition of the water that flows from the Catskill Mountains in upstate New York to Brooklyn and ultimately use that water to make authentic Brooklyn Bagels throughout the nation.

Brooklyn Water Bagel has taken things a step further by also offering other New York favorites including breakfast sandwiches, deli sandwiches, baked goods and now for a limited time, the Reuben and Caesar.

The Florida-based brand has also been credited with pioneering the industry’s first coffee ice cubes used in its Cubsta to prevent iced coffee dilution.
