Antonio Marin is the greatest team player and one of the most dedicated teachers you could hope to have working in your school, and the Fuller Middle School has been privileged to host Tony for the past three years.
Prior to coming to Fuller, Tony worked as a bilingual special educator at Brophy Elementary School for 12 years.
He goes the extra mile maintaining a classroom that is inviting for students, planning differentiated and engaging lessons, grading individual student journals after school to give feedback to his students the next day, and reaching out to parents as a Parent Involvement Facilitator.
He believes strongly in all of his students and advocates for them in all areas of our school.
A former English Language Learner himself, from Venezuela, Tony is a positive role model for our students.
As if this weren’t enough, three nights a week Tony teaches Adult ESL Plus night school, and for the past few summers he has taught summer school for bilingual students from all Framingham schools. Whatever it takes to do what is best for students and his colleagues, Tony will do.
He is well respected amongst his colleagues, brings a positive energy wherever he goes, can be seen dancing salsa at school events, and is often asked to mentor new teachers.
